Electronic world music. Lot's of nice influence coming together as one. It's a very natural techno. Fun to listen to at night.

Yellow Ostrich - The Mistress
I've been following this band for a while now. I bought the vinyl record for him. It has a real nice, guy in a bedroom making music because he loves it, and he's pretty good at it, even if he is unorthodox feel to it. My favorite song by far is "Whale", but everything else makes me smile as well.

Suenos - The Missing Parts
What genre is this? Acoustic hardcore folk/classical bluegrass? I don't know. It sounds classic and gothic at the same time. I'm not sure how to interpret it, but it sure as hell does sound good. I can't imagine the production that must have gone into making this album.
PROFESSOR CALCULUS - CHARE
Some really nice instrumental punk. It has some grungy guitar that I just can't get enough of for some reason.

Amanda Palmer - Amanda Palmer Goes Down Under
Kind of stumbled on this accidentally. I first heard "Map of Tasmania" a few weeks before I actually checked out the whole album. I hated that song. But the rest of the album, I really like. It's all Amanda, live, singing to the piano or uke. Funny, and good sounding. Man, can she sing. My favorites are "Makin' Whoopie", "Vegemite", "Bad Wine and Lemon Cake", and "Formidable Marinade".

LIONWAX - LIONWAX Pt. II
Some nice, jammin' instrumentals. LIONWAX is "a project gathering mostly
instrumental music based on visuals, ideas & concepts, thus destined
for film purposes or other audiovisual media." Part I and Part II to be had here: http://monowolf.bandcamp.com/
Shakey Graves - Roll the Bones
Some nice, good modern folk music. It's pretty catchy too. Sounds kind of like a mix between Fleet Foxes, Light Skits, and Crookram.
It's happy season. Get a-listenin'.
